Designed for maximum support and knee stabilization. Made of a highly elastic knitted material, these knee sleeves were ergonomically designed to conform to the shape of your knee. These compression sleeves are lightweight, super comfortable and made from non-neoprene, washable fabrics. Combined with a non-slip silicone lining means these knee braces will stay up and won’t slide down!
Our compression knee braces for support are medical grade and FDA certified. Proven to increase circulation and muscle endurance, in addition to alleviating knee pain and promoting faster recovery times.

I wasn’t sure how the spring would act, as I’ve never worn one before, but I tried it. The a——- (insert word here) in my knee was gone. Bending is not a problem at all, which was my initial fear. The springs work! So far I’ve only tried them at the gym, not under my knee pads, but I was lifting a lot of weight! Maxed out two different lifts, without pain.
Old Bones Therapy knee braces, and other products, are really helping me keep ruling!
I use them when skating, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and even surfing when needed. They give my knee the perfect amount of compression and support to keep me crushing. I have the basic ones to wear under my knee pads when skating vert, but have recently embraced this model with springs. Don’t let the “springs” deter you, they are not bulky and offer lots of lateral support. I would highly recommend the compression brace with springs to anyone looking for some extra knee love.
Been running the springs for a year and I love em. The new ones without the straps fit better under my pads. Good stuff Old Bones!
I skate with one all the time now. My knee has gotten better and less pain using it.
