The inserts reduce inflammation in my 45 year old knees after running up and down the court for two hours twice a week. Highly recommend them.

My shins are so messed up from skating and smacking them against curbs and coping. I have one particular injury that has been hurting me for 5 months. Skating with these on not only adds a layer of protection but I don’t get “numb leg” like I usually do after a vigorous session. Love my shin compression sleeves! Definitely recommend!
