How much does shipping cost?

US shipping costs:

• FREE shipping for orders over $75
• Flat $8 shipping for orders under $75

International shipping costs:

• Customer will be provided with multiple shipping options from UPS and DHL depending on the packaging size and weight.
• IMPORTANT: Additional customs fees/taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations

When will my order ship?

We ship everything within 1-2 business days, depending on how many orders we've gotten. We try to send everything in your order together but occasionally there might be some things that ship separately. If you get your order in before 3pm we almost always can get it shipped out same day!!!

How long will it take to arrive?

All shipments are sent from the Old Bones warehouse in Belmont, CA. Depending where in the US we're shipping to we've seen anywhere from 1-5 days to arrive. For instance if you're on the west coast you may see 1-3 days, midwest 2-4 days and east coast 3-5 days. 

Supported Shipping Carriers

We ship domestically anywhere in the US using the following 2 carriers: USPS and UPS.

We ship internationally using the following 2 carriers only: UPS and DHL.

How does international shipping work?

We ship almost all over the globe via UPS and DHL. Additional customs fees/taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, so it's a good idea to check them out before you order. You can expect to get your order in about 10-14 business days due to customs.

How can I track my package?

We'll send you an email which contains your tracking information once your package ships from our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for carrier updates to show up in the system.
