All legs are not the same shape. We designed and built these "Big Bones" knee braces specifically for thighs of size.

We made countless prototypes to get these right, and worked closely with our Old Bones Fam testing them until they were perfect. 100% guaranteed to not roll down at the top.

The sizing corresponds to our 2XL knee sleeve but is flared at the top, with a wider v-shape and has built in support stays that run all the way to the top edge to prevent any rolling.

If you find that traditional “skinny leg” sleeves don’t fit right, get ready to be stoked.

I’m 335lb 60 year old but very active. Lower thigh 23” in diameter and these fit like a glove. I’ve tried numerous brands and these are hands down the best I’ve had. No knee pain while walking, etc. Increased circulation is noticeable while wearing. Two thumbs up!!

I read reviews but a the description said 23”+ and I thought my 31” legs would be way too big. I needed a good brace so I figured with their guarantee I’d just try. This is the most comfortable knee brace, it fits well, and provides great support.
