The sizing corresponds to our 2XL knee sleeve but is flared at the top, with a wider v-shape and has built in support stays that run all the way to the top edge to prevent any rolling.

I've ALWAYS had huge thighs, and I have never been able to enjoy knee braces because they would choke off circulation to my knees. They were always too small and would do that annoying roll down thing. My friends, you need these, I did a hellacious leg workout with these on, and my lord did they do an amazing job. I will say that you AT MINIMUM need a 23" thigh to keep these from rolling down (which they will do eventually) but they are amazing!!!
The 2xl was too tight and the top rolled over but the 3 XL was too big and provided no compression...but it didn't roll over on the top.
I bought a pair of the Big Bones knee sleeves! My thighs are mushy and about 28” circumference, 4” above the knee. They DO NOT ROLL!!! Totally worth the cost!
