How do I exchange for a different size?

Start a return using the portal above and select "Exchange" as your return reason. Choose your new size and your return is automatically approved — ReturnGo sends you a prepaid return label right away. Once we receive your return at the warehouse, we inspect it and ship your new size within 3-5 business days.

How long do exchanges take?

Returns and exchanges are automatically approved — you'll receive a prepaid return label right away. Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we inspect it and process your exchange within 3-5 business days. Your new item ships as soon as processing is complete.

Can I exchange for a different product?

Yes! You can exchange for a completely different product — not just a different size or color. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, any remaining funds convert to store credit you can use on a future order.

How long do I have to start a return?

You have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 60 days, we're unable to process returns. The clock starts when your tracking shows "delivered," not when the order was placed.

Is return shipping free?

It depends on whether you're exchanging or returning:

  • Exchanges: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Exchange shipping is completely free.
  • Standard returns (refunds): We provide a prepaid return label for convenience, but the cost of the label is deducted from your total refund.

How does return shipping work?

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Your original shipping charge is also non-refundable. If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us at help@oldbonestherapy.com — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How long until I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. We'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Note: the return shipping label cost and original shipping charge are deducted from the refund. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.

What condition does the item need to be in?

Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in their original packaging. You must include the original packing slip. If we receive a return that's not in new condition — showing signs of wear, missing packaging, or (yes, really) covered in cat hair — a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Yes — the following items are non-returnable: joint care supplements (perishable goods), pain relief cream (personal care goods), and clearance items (final sale). All other items — including compression sleeves, socks, and insoles — follow our standard 60-day return policy. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Can I return an international order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to shipping costs. We recommend double-checking our size guide before placing an international order. If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us at help@oldbonestherapy.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.

I received a defective or wrong item. What should I do?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, email us at help@oldbonestherapy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review it and arrange a replacement or refund — typically within 24 hours. Do not use the return portal for defective items — contact us directly so we can make it right faster.

My compression sleeve feels too tight. Is it supposed to feel this way?

Medical-grade compression is designed to feel snug — that's how it supports your joints and improves circulation. A properly fitted sleeve should feel firm but not painful. If you can't slide a finger under the top edge, it may be too small. Check our size guide to confirm your measurements, or email us for sizing help before initiating a return.
