The supplement that I was taking was discontinued. So, I gave Old Bones Therapy Joint Care Formula a try, the product works great.
56 years plus, i really like what i think these pills are doing for me. I am skating 4 times a week, still able work fully, feeling great. along with good diet and regular exercise.
I have restless leg syndrome. Taking these supplements for a few days caused difficulty sleeping because their effect on all my joints caused my RLS to get worse. That being said, I will confidently say that they have noticeable effects on all your joints. If you don’t have other conditions, and want something to strengthen your joints, then I’d say give these a try!

My knees would get sore after long 5 hour sessions. Seems like this stuff helped after just a few days. I skated for 12 houes over 3 days and felt fine. My muscles were sore but the joints feel good! Definitely will be ordering again.
I’m not one to notice placebo effects. Either something is or is not. I don’t have much of the usual minor joint pains after three weeks of taking. Going to recommend to my other 40 year old friend.

Seems to work on my old joints (alond with rest and recovery). I like that I get the Glucosamine, MSM and Tumeric in one pill vs having to take individually.
