PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Some Old Bones Therapy products can be purchased as a recurring subscription. This policy covers those subscription orders. One time purchases are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you select a delivery frequency. We charge your payment method and ship your order on that same schedule until you cancel. The recurring price and frequency are shown before you complete checkout and in your order confirmation email.

No minimum commitment

There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time.

How to cancel or change a subscription

Email us at help@oldbonestherapy.com with your order number and we will cancel, pause or change the frequency of your subscription. We respond within 24 hours.

To make sure a change applies before your next shipment, please contact us at least 2 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Orders already placed

Cancelling a subscription stops all future orders. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been billed. If an order has already shipped, it is covered by our Return and Refund Policy and our 60 day return window.

If you were billed for an order you meant to cancel and it has not shipped yet, email help@oldbonestherapy.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Price and schedule changes

If we change the price or frequency of a subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect so you can cancel or adjust if you prefer.
