SHIPPING POLICY

How much does shipping cost?

US orders: shipping is calculated at checkout. You will be shown multiple options from USPS, UPS and FedEx, priced by the size and weight of your package.

International orders: shipping is calculated at checkout. You will be shown multiple options from UPS and DHL, priced by the size and weight of your package. Additional customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, so it is worth checking those before you order.

In most cases we ship with the carrier you select at checkout. If we identify a faster option, we will upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost to you.

When will my order ship?

We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 2:30pm PST, Monday through Friday, almost always ship the same day.

We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 2:30pm PST on Friday ship the following Monday.

We try to send everything in an order together, though occasionally some items ship separately.

How long will it take to arrive?

All orders ship from our warehouse in South San Francisco, CA. Typical US transit times are 1 to 3 days to the west coast, 2 to 4 days to the midwest and 3 to 5 days to the east coast.

International orders typically arrive in about 10 to 14 business days, including customs processing.
