Your Recovery Journey
-
Day 1 Instant Compression
Graduated compression activates as soon as you pull them on — you feel the snug support from ankle to calf immediately.
-
Week 1 Reduced Fatigue & Swelling
Legs feel lighter at the end of long days. Graduated compression is snuggest at the ankle and eases off up the calf, which helps keep that heavy, achy end-of-shift feeling away.
-
Week 2-4 Visible Swelling Reduction
Consistent wear helps keep swelling in your ankles and calves down, even after a long day on your feet. Customers tell us their legs look and feel noticeably better.
-
Month 1+ New Normal
Compression socks become part of your daily routine. Customers report they can't go back to regular socks — the difference is that clear.

Common Questions
What compression level are these?
15-20 mmHg graduated compression — improves circulation, reduces swelling, and fights fatigue without being uncomfortably tight.
How do I pick the right size?
Go by your shoe size: S fits US men's 4-7, US women's 5.5-8.5, EU 37-40; M fits US men's 7-10, US women's 8.5-11.5, EU 40-43; L fits US men's 10-12, US women's 11.5-13, EU 43-45; XL fits US men's 11+, US women's 12.5+, EU 44+. Not sure? Use your ankle and calf: S ankle 7"-8.75", calf 11.25"-15"; M ankle 8.75"-10", calf 12"-16.5"; L ankle 10"-11.5", calf 12.5"-18"; XL ankle 11.5"-13", calf 13.5"-19.75". If you're between sizes, size up for comfort or size down for maximum compression.
Can I wear these for travel?
Yes, and travel days are one of the most popular times to wear them. Hours in a seat on a flight or a long drive is when legs tend to feel heavy and swollen, and graduated compression keeps them feeling lighter and less achy when you arrive. If you have a history of blood clots or a circulation condition, ask your doctor which compression level is right for you.
Are these HSA/FSA eligible?
They may be, if you qualify. Medical-grade graduated compression socks are the kind of product that can qualify when a Letter of Medical Necessity supports it. Select Truemed at checkout and complete a short health survey about the condition you are treating. If you qualify, an independent licensed practitioner issues a Letter of Medical Necessity, which is what makes the purchase a qualified medical expense. Truemed is for qualified customers. HSA/FSA tax savings vary.
