The older I get, the more I seem to be needing Old Bones products. This time, it's my elbow. The sizing chart on the site helped me pick the perfect size and it fits snug as a bug. The texture is nice and soft on the skin. The stitching on the seams looks pretty good. I don't expect it to fall apart anytime soon. The walls of the sleeve are about a quarter inch thick and it's nice and flexible. And boy does this thing get cold. The intense cold seems to wear off relatively quickly - around 10 to 15 minutes - but that's about as long as I'm supposed to keep ice on the area anyway, so it's perfect. Thanks, Old Bones. ☠️

This is the best leave I've ever got. You can put it in the freezer or put it in the microwave. Hot or cold your elbow part of your arm all good.
I love this sleeve - like I wish I had two so I always had one ready to go type of love. It feels so good on and stays cool for quite awhile. I have tried others and they don't come close - they're all knee pads, which don't stay next to your skin - since this is a sleeve, the cooling goes all the way around. I wish I had found this at the time of my initial injury, however, I've been using it anytime I have a flare up and as I've been getting my hyaluronic acid injections in my kneecap. Make sure you measure correctly - you won't go wrong by even going the size up, IMO. I also have curvier calves, so have found the extra helps. In any case, buy two and enjoy them, tell your friends! I was worried about the fitment (too small/too big) but they are perfect. Super convenient and comfortable to use, they are my constant companions now.
I bought a pair of ice sleeves for my knees after activities. The sleeves are super comfortable and easy to put on. The cold is really good on my aching knees, but it only lasts 5-10 minutes and then they just feel like spongy compression sleeves. In spite of the short cold time, I will continue to use these when I need them. They are better than anything else I’ve tried over the years.
Very cool & comfortable, this ice sleeve allows my knee a break from the discomfort of Velcro wraps. It’s reusable and very comfortable and cushy. I love it!

the ice sleve my be very versitile but does not penatrate to tendons that need to be tighted for ruling the next day. the old ice pack system is still supior. when you mold your knee into it and freese it accordingly, you get max resualts. i utilize the back brace and knee compression sleeve to keep ruling at work (tiling) and play.(Mt. bike-Skateboarding-skiing-Snowboarding) Thanks for alway innovating. I was recently in a bad car accident I've had three knee surgeries before the car accident after the accident my injuries were acting up I could barely walk upstairs and barely climb a ladder as a full-time steam fitter it is essential for me to be able to perform these simple tasks I use my regular compression knee brace from old bones therapy at work and when I skate then at night time I do a cycle of hot cold then hot again and my knee has never felt better feel like I'm 17 at 35 it's imperative to keep skating and be able to perform my work these products are exactly as advertised
I got the holy trinity, a knee ice sleeve, compression sleeve, and shock absorbing insoles. I dont have that constant ache in the middle of the day anymore with simple RICE maintenance methods made possible by these 3 products. I just turned 50. I have gotten back into skating in the last three years. I ride regular so my left knee is often sore. I likely have mild arthritis as well. Uncomfortable inflamation on the regular.

I’ve had a few knee surgeries and now that the initial swelling has gone down I’ve been using the ice sleeve multiple times a day. It feels great and I can get around the house while still having the sleeve on.
No more leaky ziplock bags of ice! Ices your whole knee at the same time. I can even get up and do things while icing my knee.
I bought this ice sleeve to help recover from knee surgery. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect. I thought that it would be stiff and uncomfortable, and I couldn't be more wrong. This thing is super soft and flexible right out of the freezer. It stretches enough to pull up over the bandages and over the incisions and it's extremely soft and comfortable. I also like that it is full coverage, icing all around my entire knee, not just the front. It also stays super cold for a long time. This thing is perfect for recovery, I'd recommend buying 2 so you can constantly rotate the sleeves without waiting for one to get cold again. Thank you Old Bones for another awesome product!

Just like Foreigner, these sleeves rock! Have a Large sleeve for knee, but recently got 2 smaller ones for a recent ankle/achilies injury. Works awesome, gives little compression, and don’t have to wrap or worry about it falling off!
Best is how fast they re-freeze between uses!
The ice sleeve is great. Super stretchy, soft, and comfortable to wear. Stays cold for a long time. Have been wearing on my knee over leggings. Great purchase; wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
I have osteoarthritis and had 1 knee replacement and the other knee needs it. It has helped with inflammation. I am not able to excercise but can spend a few hours in my garden/yard, so definatley need ice therapy when I come in. Wish it stayed colder longer, but I do like it. I like the way it cools the front and the back of the knee and its not akward at all, like an ice pack would be. I got 2 in black.
Bought for an injured knee and it has worked well. Wish it stayed colder for longer but no mess, has compression, can be worn under pants no problem, and recharges in freezer pretty quick. This issue can be mitigated by swapping the one from the freezer with the used one back and forth. 4.5 star cuz pricy and would like it stay colder for longer, but it is a good product and worth buying (with HSA funds)
The sleeve is exactly as described. Solid piece of gel which holds the cold perfectly. Stays icy cold for about 20 mins. Size wise you might go a size larger, it stretches but is pretty tight. Hoping it doesn’t stretch out.
