- Dual Spring Support System
- Medical-Grade Knitted Compression
- Enhanced Lateral Stability
- Secure Fit That Stays in Place
Details
Sometimes compression alone isn't enough. The Knee Brace with Springs adds dual flexible stabilizers on either side of your knee for enhanced lateral support — giving you the confidence to push harder without worrying about your joint giving out.
Same breathable nylon-spandex knit and silicone gel pad as our original sleeve, plus bilateral spring supports that reinforce your knee through lateral movements. Medical-grade compression improves circulation and reduces swelling while the non-slip silicone lining keeps everything locked in place.
A step up from our compression sleeve for moderate instability, ACL/MCL recovery, or high-impact activity. Slim enough to wear under jeans. HSA/FSA eligible.

What Our Customers Say
Before Disney
I bought the knee brace with springs prior to a family trip to Disney World. A week of walking adding up to 77 miles. If I didn’t have this brace then it would not have been possible. 10/10 recommend to everyone. The best part is that when I saw someone else in the park with an Old Bones brace on...
Un-F******-Real, Banana Peel!
These things are incredible. I’ve been doing action sports all my life and have only recently considered things like braces and compression sleeves for my ailing joints and body. And having used these pretty extensively now I can be confident when I say that these are unreal. Only when they’re on...

Tore my left ACL/Meniscus and these have seriously helped!

Common Questions
How is this different from the regular knee sleeve?
The Springed Brace adds dual spring supports on either side of the knee for enhanced lateral stability. It's a step up from the compression-only sleeve — ideal for moderate instability, heavier activity, or when you need extra joint security.
Is this good for long walks?
Absolutely. Customers regularly wear these for extended walking, including Disney World trips, hiking, and jobs that require standing/walking all day.
How do I size this?
Same as our compression sleeve — measure 4 inches above the center of your kneecap. If between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a tighter, more supportive fit with springs.
