Can I use this for carpal tunnel?
Yes. Many people with carpal tunnel use cold to take the edge off a sore, puffy wrist after a long day of repetitive work, and the sleeve keeps the cold on your wrist hands-free. Some customers alternate it with our Compression Wrist Sleeve for support during the day. If numbness or tingling is getting worse, check in with a provider.
How long does the cold last?
The gel packs stay cold for approximately 15-20 minutes — the ideal therapeutic icing window. They remain flexible when frozen for full contact around the wrist.
Can I use it for heat therapy?
Yes. The gel packs can be microwaved for heat therapy. Follow the included instructions for safe heating times.
