The sizing corresponds to our 2XL knee sleeve but is flared at the top, with a wider v-shape and has built in support stays that run all the way to the top edge to prevent any rolling.

I got the Big Bones knee sleeves. They actually fit my 26" thighs and guess what? They work! I work in a high school at night and can walk from 9,000 to 15,000 steps a night. They keep compression on my knee and are a real help in getting through my work night. Only thing wrong is after a few days of wearing they feel like they are loosening up on the upper thigh and I do have to pull them back up every so often, maybe a velcro strap you can wrap around the upper thigh would help other then that I would still recommend them.
I've ALWAYS had huge thighs, and I have never been able to enjoy knee braces because they would choke off circulation to my knees. They were always too small and would do that annoying roll down thing. My friends, you need these, I did a hellacious leg workout with these on, and my lord did they do an amazing job. I will say that you AT MINIMUM need a 23" thigh to keep these from rolling down (which they will do eventually) but they are amazing!!!
I used my sleeves for the first time at my roller derby bout and my knees have never felt more secure. I was a bit worried about the sleeves being itchy or too warm, but I was so comfortable and breathable. These sleeves are amazing! I am big girl with big thighs and these did not dig or anything.
The big bones knee brace fit and provided great support. The boning did dig into my thigh some but I think that’s my leg and not the brace. It did NOT roll down like other braces have. Would highly recommend.
NOt sure what i did to my knee, but it was hurting and was a pain to put weight on it, have had this for a couple days now and it is a day and night diffrence! highly recomend
