The sizing corresponds to our 2XL knee sleeve but is flared at the top, with a wider v-shape and has built in support stays that run all the way to the top edge to prevent any rolling.

I've ALWAYS had huge thighs, and I have never been able to enjoy knee braces because they would choke off circulation to my knees. They were always too small and would do that annoying roll down thing. My friends, you need these, I did a hellacious leg workout with these on, and my lord did they do an amazing job. I will say that you AT MINIMUM need a 23" thigh to keep these from rolling down (which they will do eventually) but they are amazing!!!
I’m a big guy who played hard as a young guy. Now in my 50s I’m paying for my fun. Knees are shot …. And finally found a supportive knee sleeve that don’t choke me out… I love this sleeve … oh and the compression socks are the best too!!
They fit. They don't roll down. They don't roll down!! My knees are bone on bone and I have searched high and low, wasting money on things that wouldn't go on or stay on. I have big legs but my thighs are way bigger than my calves which makes for a tricky fit. I do have to pull these up from time to time but that's okay! They feel wonderful, compression but also a kind of massaging feeling. These increase my function by a factor of 2 or 3 and lower my pain to a bearable level. I bought these because they were returnable, and had every expectation of returning them. But no, no one is taking these from me. I should probably buy another pair.
