What's included in the 2-pack?
You get one pair of Shock Absorbing Insoles (designed for high-impact sports and activities) and one pair of All Day Insoles (designed for standing, walking, and daily wear). Two different insoles for two different needs.
What size should I order?
Order based on your shoe size. Both insoles come in standard sizes. If you're between sizes, order the larger size and trim along the guidelines on the bottom for a custom fit.
Which pair goes in which shoes?
Put the Shock Absorbing pair in your athletic shoes, skate shoes, or work boots — anything high-impact. Put the All Day pair in your casual shoes, dress shoes, or daily sneakers. Rotate based on your activity.
Do I remove my existing insoles first?
Yes. Remove the factory insoles from your shoes before inserting Old Bones insoles. Both pairs are designed to be full replacements, not supplements.
How long do they last?
With daily use, each pair maintains support for 6-12 months. Having two pairs and rotating between them can extend the life of both. Replace when the arch support feels flattened.
