These things are incredible. I’ve been doing action sports all my life and have only recently considered things like braces and compression sleeves for my ailing joints and body. And having used these pretty extensively now I can be confident when I say that these are unreal. Only when they’re on weird/I don’t have them on quite all the way do my knees suffer while I’m riding my bike. They work very well and I’m intent on getting the standard pair to wear at work when I have the cash to spare. But damn, are they worth the money and then some.
With each step, I know that my knee will be closer to or in the right position when I put weight on it not worried about knee pain for my knee being in the wrong position to put weight on it thank you

I ordered a Medium in the Old Bones red t-shirt. It’s very long, as I’m 5’5 and built pretty thin, but SO SOFT and so on-brand, since I’m an older roller derby player and my name is Bones Appétit. Would be amazing if it came in a crop style, too!

I am very pleased with the results.although I'm 60 and don't skate as much,I'm having those urges to get back out there,so I've loaded my flowboard,free style and long board back into the car.although the wife isn't happy about it,I am.Its a quality of life and a way of life for me.Thank you all at Bones Therapy!!!

After losing 100 pounds I ditched my unloader knee brace for compression sleeves. I’ve tried a variety. These are by far the best so far. Great support even without the side stabilizers!

I've suffered from knee pain since I'm a kid. I used every single knee sleeves you can find online but the feel and the quality of the old bones does not match!
2 days ago I have to check some tile on a jobsite so I was on my knees for a while, next day, pain and I couldn't put weight on it, perfect day to try them out, after a few minutes I could walk normally and the pain slowly went away.
I highly recommend this freaking things! Your knees will thank you.

Absolutely love them! I am post opt ACL / MCL surgery & the comfort, support & confidence I get from Old Bones is by far superior to anything else iv tried. Wish I had found them before my injury. Long way to go but counting down the days till I can get back on the board & hit the park again!
I got the Big Bones knee sleeves. They actually fit my 26" thighs and guess what? They work! I work in a high school at night and can walk from 9,000 to 15,000 steps a night. They keep compression on my knee and are a real help in getting through my work night. Only thing wrong is after a few days of wearing they feel like they are loosening up on the upper thigh and I do have to pull them back up every so often, maybe a velcro strap you can wrap around the upper thigh would help other then that I would still recommend them.
Made extremely well and durable. Doesn't slip and move around during activities or working. Will buy again for sure!
Incredible product! The compression shin sleeve helps with my grafted skin due to burns, and allows me to do what I want without any issues at the end of the day. I suggest to anyone and everyone. The knee sleeve is super comfortable when I’m running on my running blade.
They fit great underneath pants/shorts or on top of leggings! I haven't fallen in them yet, so I can't speak to how effective they are for minimizing impacts. I'm 46 years old, so I had to make sure to take preventative measures to maintain my body, boots, and bearings😉
I have hypermobile knees, made worse by an old injury. I have relied on standard velcro strap neoprene braces since 2009, as no sleeves have ever stayed in place.
Fast forward to now, my left knee does what it wants when it wants, including inappropriate twisting, side to side motion outside of normal, and buckling without warning, forcing me to rely on my cane most days. I havent had a day without some level of knee pain in at least 10 years.
I put this brace on and within 30 seconds almost started to cry at the near instant relief I got from the pain and weakness. I was able to walk 3 houses down unassisted, without pain or buckling, and NO limping. My hips are going to be so happy.

For sizing: thighs measure at exactly 21" so I got the XL, a smidge snug on my upper thigh but gives the perfect amount of compression for my knee, which was the goal. Even with bordering on too snug at the top, no rolling or slipping after wearing for 4 hours on a sweaty summer afternoon of running errands. And it doesnt cut off my circulation or dig anywhere, unlike past braces. 10 stars if I could. They have literally thought of everything.
Coming off a recent non-surgical medial meniscus tear. As a 54 year old jiujitsu practitioner these are helping home me together to take steps to getting back to practices.
I have used Dr. Scholl's insoles for many years in my work shoes & hiking shoes. After they stopped making the ones that worked best for me, I tried a few of their newer offerings and they all quickly ended up in the trash, because they were just junk.
I then spent countless hours just reading reviews about insoles and became very exhausted with just trying to find anything that would work. In January, I purchased a set of the “Shock Absorbing” insoles & the “All Day Foot” Insoles. After receiving the insoles, I immediately left on a planned trip to New Zealand and put them to task without any break-in period. One day, I hiked for 6 hours walking 15 miles in a rainforest area with zero issues with the “All Day Foot” insoles.
I have been using both sets of insoles daily for almost 3 months now and honestly they have worked so well for me, I actually haven’t given them a second thought. They are well constructed and both styles perfectly fit my 10.5 shoe size with no need to trim them.
I really appreciate everything that Old Bones Therapy is doing and cannot recommend these insoles enough. A huge thanks to Nicole as well in customer service for helping with the ordering process. I can’t imagine you would find this type of one-on-one communication about insoles with any other company.

Great product, will definitely make any of your favorite shoes more comfy.
While I still have issues with my feet hurting after work using these. My feet do not hurt near as bad. I do wish they had a little more support for the heel of the foot. Pricing wise I got the three pack so that wasn't too bad compared to buying some of the other brands at retail stores. These do perform tons better than Dr. Scholl's and some of the other inserts available.
